Only EST & CST Candidates

Duration - 6 Months+

Mode Of Interview -  Phone/Skype

Note - Need to have genuine LinkedIn and need 10+ years of USA Experience

Experience: Must have 8 - 10+ years of U.S.A work experience.

Communication: Must have great communication skills to interact with leaders and other Southwest Airlines employees.

Hours/Time Zone: Must be able to work 8am CST 5pm CST! (CST & EST candidates highly preferred & more likely to get interview request.)

Travel
: Must be available to travel 1 week to Southwest Airlines Headquarters in Dallas to work (could be every 2 months or monthly depending on manager. (Expenses paid by SWA and OdysseyIS)

Remaining 2023 dates for .com = (some teams do Monday Thurs, but .com does below Tues Thurs in office)

DECEMBER 11-15 (in office days TBD)

Vacation
: No international travel / long vacations for first 90 days.

Environment: Agile/Scrum/2-week sprints; Daily Video conference meetings

Interview Process: multi-step process all via Microsoft Teams video calls.

Submittal/Interview Process: Microsoft Teams video calls for initial screening and all interviews.

1.) Microsoft Teams Video Screen with Odyssey Recruiter, Shelley Casino 30 minutes

2.) Resume submitted to client

*Must do initial video screen call to submit resume and get in interview process*

Interview Process:

1.) Microsoft Teams Video Interview - Account Manager for Southwest Airlines  30 minutes

2.) Microsoft Teams Technical Video Interview - Technical Delivery Manager & Sr consultant 60 minutes

3.) Microsoft Teams Technical Video Interview SWA team

Native BA

the mobile ba, instead of working at the API level/in the call logs will be working with Charles proxy at the network level.  This is where they are doing the testing.  So, if they are not experienced with this, they will not be technical enough for the Mobile BA. 

Apparently when you are doing native mobile development you have to work with Charles proxy to test it.

They are not doing Appium automation yet in mobile.

Required Skills: 

8+ years minimum experience  

Native App Development (iOS/Android) 

Ecommerce 

API Testing: knowledge and use of Charles Proxy 

Mobile dev experience  

UI User story creation 

Responsive Design application experience as a BA  

Agile Methodology 

REST Web Services 

Plus skills: API/ postman. may get screened out for not being good with postman/API

Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users. 

Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
