Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. Develop and maintain payment processing systems, ensuring security and compliance. Build and integrate APIs for internal and external use, enabling seamless data exchange. Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Ensure the security, reliability, and availability of backend systems. Document code, processes, and best practices. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to make recommendations for improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or 8+ years of equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Backend Developer, with a focus on payment processing and API development. Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services and experience working with Azure resources. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar. Experience with database systems, both SQL and NoSQL. Familiarity with API design principles and RESTful API development. Knowledge of best practices for software development and testing. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality code.
