Please give me a call back at Phone (O): 609-333-9000 Ext: 79 or you can E-Mail me at [email protected] Position: SAP S/4HANA Finance Functional Lead Location: The Woodlands, TX {Hybrid Two days (Mondays and Wednesdays) work from office every week} Duration: Contract Job Description: Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO configuration and working knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA. Deep knowledge of FICO module and Manufacturing accounting including: o Planning, Activity allocations, Reconciliation ledger o Month-end and year-end processes (Assessments, Distributions, Settlements, etc.) o Maintenance and Production Order processes o Auto acct determination / Default account assignment o Cost/Profit center accounting o Inventory Management o VAT/Tax Strong background in Accounting preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely and sound decisions based on logical assumptions and information. Strong and concise verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service with a focus on exceeding end users expectations. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to organize and plan and lead large complex projects to a successful completion. Knowledge and ability to write functional specifications to work with ABAP technical staff to design, document and implement system changes and enhancements. Must Have Skills: Strong understanding of Finance functional processes including General Ledger, AP, AR, Cash management, Asset Accounting, BPC etc., Mandatory Experience of 2 End to End S/4Hana implementation in FI /CO module Experience in building solutions for Complex business requirement in line with SAP Best practices Working knowledge of interfaces IDOCS, EDI, Web/Rest Services etc., with SAP and Non SAP systems Excellent communication and Customer facing skills with ability to handle cross functional knowledge to guide the team Experience in preparing test plan, execution with cross functional modules including remediated object due to S/4Hana mandatory changes Experience on designing and implementing interfaces with external systems Experience on Selective Data Migration and tools like LTMC tool / LSMW / Ecatt / BDC.
