Leading and facilitating the communication with various IT teams, business customers and other stakeholders to assist in the delivery of projects Be delivery focused with ability to pay attention to details and ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required levels of quality Strong relationship management and collaboration skills Experience with Agile Methodology, Frameworks and Systems Strong experience in PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel. Any BA-related certifications are desirable. Emphasis will be focused on: improving BA documentation: defining and documenting business & functional requirements and assisting in defining technical requirements improving client-facing documentation assisting with finalization of data map documentation improving test cases.
