Networking - not needed Program Mgt exp= 5 yrs. minimum PMP certificate = not needed The client said he is looking for a program manager that can come onsite as needed to handle any programs Go Live dates He said he did not even have to have them local if they are ok with travel to Atlanta He said he is just getting started today with HR and interview approach. He will start interviewing candidates next week he said. He also said the candidates must have experience with working on multiple programs (programs not project) Plus: - Knowledge of the government contracting and/or software development space is a plus Skills and Qualifications: 8+ years of relevant experience in Program Management Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develops and monitors project progress phases through initial development through implementation Analyze the economics of a project plan in order to advise stakeholders regarding return on investment and cost benefit analysis Works directly with Engineering Resource Management to obtain engineering resources for the project Determines multiple project delivery schedules, maintaining and adjusting schedule as needed during the project delivery lifecycle Establishes regular cadence review meetings to maintain schedule pace and to provide timely project updates and communications to the customer Tracks multiple projects, managing short and long-term targets and goals Manages performance of multiple project, both customer sided and company sided Manages scope and deliverables of the project, carefully managing to the deliverables purchased and expected by the customer Provides upward communication within company to supply project status and gives feedback to Project Managers Manages PO delivery financial requirements Facilitates invoicing requirements across multiple projects Manages multiple project billing milestones, notifying Finance department of appropriate billing requirements and billing backlog timeline Best Regards , Sanjoo Singh Techincal Recruiter Contact :- 248-707-1996 Ext.310 Email : [email protected] Fax : 248-856-9456 100, E.
