Position: Salesforce Business Analyst, No H1B Location: Hybrid in New York City Duration: 12+ Month MOI: Phone and Video Location: New York City one or two days a week and work remotely the rest of the week Job Description: Candidates must speak and present exceptionally well and must have either investment banking or capital markets experience involved in projects where Salesforce has been implemented from scratch and\\or integrated with other 3rd party financial applications, such as trading systems, reconciliation systems and\\or investments pricing feeds. Responsibilities: Work with business stakeholders to gather, document and translate business requirements into user stories for a complex multi-year Salesforce CRM implementation. The candidate should be comfortable asking probing questions to fully explore and understand all aspects of the business requirements. Create accompanying mock-ups as needed with a keen eye on UI and optimal user experience across desktop and mobile. Work closely with the project team to evaluate technical solutions to meet business requirements. Ability to articulate various technical options with level of effort, pros/cons for each option with the business stakeholders. Work with other internal technical teams on data integrations and other dependencies. Ability to evaluate/propose possible solutions with Salesforce OOTB/Declarative options. Participate in daily scrums and monthly sprint planning sessions. Work with the QA team to align on test scripts/test cases and triage defects/bugs. Ensure relevant documentation such as functional design documents, data dictionaries, business/data workflows are created and kept up to date. Lead demos with the business stakeholders to showcase new functionality. Qualifications: 5+ years experience as a business analyst or a business systems analyst with a Financial Services firm. Experience in Investment Banking is a big plus Demonstrated success with Salesforce project implementations (Sales Cloud or Financial Services Cloud) including integrations with third party data vendors and internal data sources BA/BS Degree Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent is preferred Experience with Agile methodologies Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and must be able to effectively communicate with senior business stakeholders Strong attention to detail and time management skills Keywords: quality analyst business analyst user interface |
