Experience must detail team leadership, working with business analysts, business and technical subject matter experts, using Test/QA best practices. 48 Months experience in creating user test scripts and managing User Acceptance Testing. 36 Months experience with Performance and Stress testing using performance testing software. 36 months experience with manual testing. 36 months experience with automated functional testing. Response must detail use of specific automation tools and any processes used to migrate test cases from manual testing to automation. 12 months experience with testing an application built using Cram Social Program Management Candidate has a bachelors degree in an Information Technology related field.
