Role: Camunda Lead developer Location: Fort Mill, SC / Huston, TX Hire Type: Contract Technology Skill: Camunda 7.x , 8.x JD: 1. 12-15 years IT experience in software development or architecture. 2. Min. 7-10 years of BPM / workflow implementation experience in any of the leading BPM products 3. Min 3+ years of Camunda implementation experience 4. Comprehensive understanding of Camunda Process Engine, BPMN 2.0, DMN 5. Hands on experience on Microservices development using Java Spring/Kafka 6. Implementation Experience and knowledge of J2EE, performance optimization experience for microservices and Camunda Process Engine 7. In depth knowledge of the Camunda Database and Rest APIs 8. Experience of agile development cycle using Scrum, including backlog development, iteration planning, and iteration tracking. 9. Knowledge of the Financial Services industry. 10. Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working on agile projects (POD / Squad /) 11. Must be capable to work under minimum supervision and be a teammate. 12. Experience or certification in Cloud-based (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) Architecture. 13. Conceptual understanding of Security, Vulnerabilities, Load balancing, clustering, throughput, cloud, caching. 14. Experience in API patterns, scaling and resiliency architecture is essential. 15. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-team collaboration and partnerships across a variety of internal and external technology teams 16. Able to candidly handle the pressure in multi stakeholder situations 17. Prior hands-on experience in major BPM components and willing to learn and demonstrate towards architectural decisions 18.
