| Reporting Business Analyst with IBM Cognos Hybrid Chicago, IL NO H1B & CPT Rate: $50/hr. on C2C Shift- Monday- Friday flexible on the time but must be willing to work the core hours from 9am-4pm CST Requirements: 4+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Cognos Analytics. Proficiency in SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL). Strong communication and analytical skills. Ability to work well under pressure and in ambiguous situations. Proven track record of agile delivery. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools. Responsibilities: Create reports and dashboards using IBM Cognos Analytics (versions 11.0 and above). Understand Cognos packages, models, and SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL). Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and develop effective solutions. Ensure data integrity and uphold standard solutions, avoiding customization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, providing training and support. Foster teamwork and continuous improvement in reporting processes.
