| Title: React JS Developer Client: Marketaxess Holdings Inc Location: New York (Preferred to be onsite. If the candidate is good we can do remote) Bill Rate: $70-75/hr on c2c Please look for local to NJ,NY,PA profiles. This person will act as development SME within the JavaScript domain. This requires them to be a delivery focused professional who can work without supervision to a consistently high standard. The role requires the individual to be a highly competent developer and who strives to maintain and expand upon their expertise. Their technical experience will enable them to play a significant role in the designing of applications. This will require the offering of support and guidance to lesser experienced members of the team. This person will be a dynamic individual who relishes a challenge and seeks to continually improve their understanding of both their professional skills and the industry in which they operate. This position requires a person to have an absolute commitment to successful software delivery with a can do / will do mentality to ensure success. Time to market is a key performance indicator for the success of this role and the wider team. Person Specification Knowledge/Experience 4+ years delivery experience of commercial enterprise applications within the JavaScript development stack. 3+ Experience with ReactJS. Desirable experience with ES6. Experience on Redux and Hooks. Experience on testing like Jest, React Testing Library. Desirable experience with WebSockets, Webpack and Babel is beneficial. Desirable experience Styled Components, Material UI. Delivery experience using continuous integration ideally Jenkins Working within (and knowledge of) the financial industry is a bonus. Experience with ElectronJS, OpenFin, Finsemble is a plus. Skills/Personal Requirements Is intelligent, confident and able to portrait ideas in an articulate, persuasive and convincing way.
