A dedicated Data Analyst will be assigned to the birth data and fetal death data migration efforts. This person will have: 1. Minimum of 4-5 yeas Exp in data Analysis 2. Proficiency with data mining business intelligence and statical analysis using statistical software such as SAS, SPSS, SQL, Tableau  3. Minimum 3-4 years Developing data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality 4.
