Role: AWS Cloudops Engineer Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (Hybrid) Duration: Contract What are the top 3 skills required for this role Cloud AWS - Specific skillsets include configuring auto-scaling and load balancing in AWS, Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Amazon Cloud Watch, AWS Cloud Formation. Jenkins CI/CD, monitoring and observability tools including AppDynamics/Kibana, Prometheus/Grafana, RDS Databases, Database administration including performance tuning / query execution. Amazon and AWS cloud operations role. Job Description: AWS Public Cloud Admin, AWS_Cloud Migrate_Infra as a Code ( Cloud Formation) Strong understanding of AWS foundation Experience 13to15yrs Required Skills Technical Skills- ,AWS Migration Hub,AWS Cloud Formation, AWS Cloud Migrate Config Mgmt Domain Skills- Nice to have skills Technical Skills- ,AWS Public Cloud Admin Domain Skills Roles & Responsibilities: Good to have Finops skill Develop design & architect solution using AWS foundation services Develop and provision infrastructure using CloudFormation or Terraform templates Perform native Systems Administration functions using Scripting, etc in Linux and/or Windows environments Implementing experience with primary AWS/similar services like - (EC2, Autoscaling, ELB, EBS, EFS, S3,VPC, RDS, Route53, etc). Experience in CloudFormation template or similar automation/scripting Identify application/inventory dependencies using discovery tools or automation scripts. Define optimal move groups for migrations with minimal downtimes. Experience in conducting workshops, preparing migration strategy, migration plans, runbooks, test plans, defect trackers, status reports, etc. Create or modify custom scripts and code using scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Bash script Automating deployment of applications, system configurations and security settings Ability to provision infrastructure using Cloud Formation or Terraform Knowledge in tools like Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Jenkins, Atlassian, Azure DevOps is added plus Configuration of AWS certificates and SSL.
