Hands-on experience in following areas: Sales and Distribution (Sales and external logistics) Order and Contract Management focusing on Sales Order processing, Rebate processing, Credit Debit Memo processing, Consignments, Delivery processing. Returns and Free goods Mgmt, Customer Service, etc Variant configuration o Sales order and Service order Management Invoice Management o Manage and monitor real time sales order fulfillment, Check availability and confirm ordered quantities Manage Outbound Deliveries Good Knowledge of Transportation, Sales and Distribution, Dock and Yard, Materials Management and Warehouse Management and associated configuration. Should have good understanding of configuration, customization, testing and production support requirements. Broad experience with configuring Enterprise Structure in SD by interfacing with other modules by defining Sales Organization, Plant, Storage Locations, Division, Sales Offices, Sales Groups, Sales Areas, Shipping Points, Loading Points and Transportation Points, Customer-Material Info records.
