From: Shobhana Kulhade, Sydata Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Immediate need Project Coordinator Security Analyst in Boston, MA FOR ON-SITE WORK Local Candidate GC/USC Project Coordinator Security Analyst Boston, MA FOR ON-SITE WORK Long Term Job Overview The MassHealth Information Technology Office is seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator\\Security Analyst with expertise in supporting security access requests via bulk or ticketing systems, research of appropriate organizations and users roles will be required, verify all data fields completeness to ensure integrity of all user credentials and their associated organization\\s and any child entities will be required. In supporting these types of requests for Health Safety Net, the Project Coordinator\\Security Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the business, technical, and security access processes around onboarding and offboarding processes are tracked and completed timely. Health Safety Net is focused on continuously improving their Providers experience, so a core area of work is in supporting these organizations (Hospitals, Community Health Centers, Billing Companies, Intermediaries, and Insurance Companies). This effort may involve ongoing communications with the appropriate contacts at these organizations via email or phone so proper tracking on communications is required. Other functions will require reviewing Security Agreements, User Agreements, Security Access requests and documenting all open issues (typically missing documents or information), conducting any required follow-ups, requesting resubmittals, and ensuring the proper tracking and reporting as required. Project coordination is a key function of this role, so ensuring weekly updates as to the status of work, items that are outstanding, items that have been completed during the week and what work is planned for the next week will be an important aspect of this role. The Project Coordinator\\Security Analyst will report directly to the HSN Senior Project Manager and have a dotted line responsibility to the HSN Senior Business Analyst. Hands-on training will be provided, so it is expected the ideal candidate would be a quick study. This hands-on training effort will provide the skills to not only perform the required work, but will benefit the candidate when working across many of other EOHHS IT Shared Service teams, as will be required by the HSN Project Manager. We present a high-level percentage of Project Coordinator\\Security Analyst skills required which are as follows: Project Coordination, 20% - Maintain the project schedule, communications, and deadlines in accordance with accepted project management protocols. Escalate Issues as required. Maintain Issue log & status, 20% - Update tickets and their workflows, update reports using system exports or Excel, create presentations, provide charts or pivot tables for management or in client presentations Fulfill Security Access Requests, 20% - Process Tickets or Bulk Requests, Conduct required Research, Ensure data integrity in all requests, track & report on all issue statuses. Data Entry and Quality Assurance, 20% - Maintain required artifacts and ensure the quality of all information, Maintain artifacts centrally and provide access to HSN Business and Project Team. Maintain Meeting Agendas and Minutes, 10% - As required ensure meeting agendas, meeting minutes, action items and\\or needed decisions are properly communicated. Create Process Documentation, 10% - As required create, edit and update key project documentation in preparation for the needed operational document needed once each project phase is completed. The candidate is required to have strong project coordination and issue management experience, able to plan weekly efforts, manage communications, have prior experience in working within project governance structures, in documenting meeting minutes, maintaining project issues such as; defects, open items, and completed items (In excel, Jira or other tracking system). The candidate will be working in a matrixed but highly collaborative environment. This position is currently a hybrid remote position with the candidate able to come into the Quincy MA office when requested. Job Duties: (Detailed list of Responsibilities): Serves as an HSN internal security access lead for the organization, providing guidance and support for a broad range of tasks including managing, monitoring and reporting on all aspects of the agencys access and controls administration. Provide support for IT projects, such as issues and actions necessary for remediation including recommendations for proper access controls, application security configurations needed, and general processes. Process systems access requests for the provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts, groups, and roles accessing Health Safety Nets enterprise applications and in accordance with the Account Profile Matrix established. Provide quality assurance for all accounts created. Document all work related to account requests through the CA ticketing system. Contribute to the continual process improvement and document the HSN standard operating procedures. Respond to security access request providing in-depth analysis as required. Develop and maintain ad hoc and weekly routine reports. Present weekly findings and/or recommendations as required to internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with business, project management and business managers Adhere to EOTSS\\EOHHS Privacy and Security policies when processing confidential data and ensure updates are made in information guidelines. Maintain and enforce through proper change control, the businesses document repository. Evaluate and ensure proper change control and updates to source documentation and guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proactively manage issues, risks and dependencies, employing problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and ensure successful project tasks. Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language. Quickly gain a deep understanding of our business and\\or application processes. Execute special projects or tasks as assigned. Training end-users in areas of expertise as required. REQUIRED SKILLS (Special Skill Set, Abilities, Knowledge) Strong familiarity with security standards and working with PII and PHI data. Experience and knowledge of working in a software development life cycle (SDLC). Experience managing and or working with 3 rd party vendors or consultants. Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with management, end users, project team members, and vendors. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, Visio, MS Project, other project management and collaboration tools. Excellent problem-solving skills. QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Years Experience, Certificates): Associate or bachelors Degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration oFother related field, or equivalent work experience. Professional certification in Project Management, Security, or Business Analysis would be preferred or a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in business application implementation support. At least 3 years of experience working in a Business, System, and Data Analysis, or other related experience in an IT healthcare environment. Excellent technical skills, including experience with data analysis and visualization tools. Excellent writing and communication skills. Excellent presentation skills. Ability to learn quickly and take direction from leadership.
