Position : Power Platform Specialist with SharePoint Experience (mid level) Location : Alexandria, VA(Preferred Local Duration : 6+ months Contract Visa : USC/GC/h4ead/ead Interview mode: Interview : Phone/skype, Job Description Responsibilities: 6+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelors degree is required. Commensurate experience for education. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions using the Power Platform, M365, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams. Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for Power Apps and Power Automate solutions. Implement security and access controls within the Power Platform and SharePoint to ensure data protection and compliance. Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform, M365, SharePoint, Teams and related technologies, evaluating their potential application within the organization. Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mock-ups to demonstrate UI concepts and gather feedback. Develop Power Apps custom components, themes, and styles to ensure consistent branding and visual coherence across applications. Design and develop custom applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate, integrating seamlessly with SharePoint. Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, integrating data from SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and other sources. Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to drive adoption and ensure successful implementation of Power Platform. M365, SharePoint and Teams solutions. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in Power Platform development 6+ years of total IT experience performing complex application development projects on the Microsoft stack. In-depth hands-on experience of building Canvas and Model Driven applications and Power Automate workflows, with integration capabilities with SharePoint. Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site customization, document management, and collaboration features. Expertise in creating visually appealing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, integrating data from SharePoint and other sources. Knowledge of SharePoint security and permission management, metadata management, and content types. In-depth knowledge of SharePoint customization, web parts, modern pages, forms, workflows, lists and libraries Strong understanding of the different licensing / subscription options for M365 and Power Platform Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and platforms such as Teams, Dynamics 365, and Azure. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, present solutions, and provide training and support.
