Position: IBM Sterling Integrator SME Location: Remote Durartion: 6+ Months Mode of Interview: Phone and Video Job Description: Candidates must have recent experience with both IBM Sterling Integrator and SAP, as well as general EDI experience. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshooting issues between Sterling Integrator and SAP to determine whether the problem resides in Sterling Integrator or SAP and develop a course of action to fix the issue. Establishing and maintaining standards and procedures for the EDI support team to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations. Ensuring proper data transformation to and from X12 and EDIFACT standards to facilitate smooth data interchange. Creating and maintaining certificates as they expire to maintain data security and integrity. Establish new trading relationships with our partners, ensuring seamless data exchange. Monitoring the EDI system for potential issues and taking proactive measures to prevent disruptions. Coordinating with the support team in responding to requests and issues as they arise, providing timely solutions. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of 8+ years of IBM's Sterling Integrator experience, including Business Processes, Mapping Tool and Rules, BPML, SSH Mailboxes, Workflow, Service Configurations, and System Schedules. Ability to set up AS/2 Profiles and create supporting CA (Certificate Authority), exchange, and signing certificates for secure data transmission. Ability to configure remote SFTP/FTPS profiles and create supporting SSL, host, and SSH authorization key pairs for secure data transfer. A basic understanding of DB2 SQL and the SQL query tools in Sterling Integrator to manage and manipulate data effectively. Preferred experience with SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) to enhance data integration capabilities.
