Position Description Lead and coordinate the development of domain Business Process Management initiatives utilizing Appian's software technology. As a BPM lead, should have experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as SAIL, Mobility, Smart Services, Plug-ins etc. Deal directly with Appian on cloud monitoring and deployments. Should have good knowledge of Java, J2EE, Ajax, JavaScript, XML, XSLT etc., as well as Appian Administration, JBOSS/WebSphere/WebLogic. Also should have good knowledge and experience in SOA and API architecture. This is a remote work location opportunity. Future Duties: Design and development in Appian BPM including components such as SAIL, Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment, etc. Develop custom Plug-Ins acceptable within the Appian Cloud environment. Integrate with Service/API layer. Collects and analyzes business requirements for large, multifunctional projects. Performs feasibility studies, translating requirements into an appropriate design.
