NEED LINKEDIN User research experience is a must. 7+ years of experience with Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Webflow and other related user interface tools 5+ years of experience designing desktop, mobile and responsive web applications with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) 5+ years of experience communicating visual design and UX needs with coders developers Expert with multiple accessibility and assistive technology testing tools such as JAWS, Dragon, Fusion, deque, Wave, ZoomText Experience with working collaboratively with product teams to develop, maintain, and implement applications following regulations, standards, and best practices Proficient in multiple user experience disciplines (Research, Design, Engineering), techniques, and processes Experience designing within an agile software development organization Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills, and the ability to present ideas, thoughts, arguments, and information clearly Expert in facilitating remediation of accessibility issues with little guidance Responds well to direction, embraces feedback, and champions change Displays a dependable, strong work ethic Responsibilities: Conceptualize, plan, and design layouts and design systems according to creative brief and/or project specifications on complex projects ranging from websites, web applications and mobile apps Conceptualize and design mockups for application front ends, websites, emails, guides and social media Lead research initiatives to identify meaningful and actionable user-centered insights to help the team deliver industry-leading user experiences Produce final design solutions (interfaces, documentation, websites, emails, social media) Understand product roadmaps and plan long-term and short-term research initiatives to inform design decisions Work collaboratively with cross-functional project team members and business peers to propose the best experience for our end users Utilize ideation and storytelling skills to effectively communicate research insights and design solutions with colleagues, management, and external parties both in the U.S. and other countries Think creatively and strategically about the end-to-end customer experience and encourage a design way of thinking Educate others outside the UX + Digital Accessibility Standard team on UX design methodologies and advocate the benefits of good UX research and design Establish a technical vitality plan to remain current in fields of user experience, user research, and product design Work closely with Accessibility Program Team Lead and accessibility advocates to support firm-wide accessibility initiatives and to define and maintain current roadmap, vision and strategy for digital accessibility .
