Following are key criteria, we need 

Automation and NDFC are two critical requirements with BGP expertise. Need Datacenter experience background mandatory.

JD: 
Python/Ansible automation 
Cisco NDFC
Expert knowledge on BGP/OSPF
Expert knowledge on F5/Infoblox
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in DC build or at least setup 1-2 big DC
Expertise in understanding of Rack elevation and cabling structure
Expertise on SDWAN (Versa/Viptella)
