Role : Senior Data Architect (pharmaceutical or Medical Device Domain) Location : Raritan, NJ (Onsite) Long Term Contract NO OPT/CPT Please PP No. Mandatory Key Responsibilities: Data Architecture Design: Design and maintain data architectures, including data warehouses, data lakes, and other storage solutions, to meet regulatory compliance requirements. Data Governance: Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards. Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA) and ensure that data management practices align with these regulations. Data Classification and Mapping: Identify and classify sensitive data within the organization. Create data flow maps to understand how data moves through systems and processes. Compliance Audits: Conduct regular audits to assess data compliance, identify non-compliance issues, and implement corrective actions. Data Privacy: Ensure that data practices respect user privacy rights, consent, and data subject access requests (DSARs) as required by regulations. Data Security: Implement security measures, such as encryption, access controls, and data masking, to protect data from breaches and unauthorized access. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records and documentation of compliance efforts. Prepare and provide reports to internal and external stakeholders and regulatory authorities as needed.
