Client is looking for a desktop support technician as part of the IT Help Desk.  This is an onsite position.

Complete Description:

Client is looking for a desktop support technician as part of the IT Help Desk. This position will serve staff by providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 to staff and leadership. The work includes troubleshooting technical issues, communicating with non-technical users, and escalating issues where appropriate. This position will also assist in installing software, imaging computers, and other related tasks as assigned.This role will work closely with others in IT. Communication will be essential to execute work in a timely manner.

1 to 3 years of experience, relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and works under immediate supervision.  Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment, typically reports to a project leader or manager.
