ServiceNow Architect San Jose CA (Remote) 6-12 Months Qualifications: 10+ years of extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Consultant, and Implementer. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an architect on the ServiceNow Platform. Proven expertise in implementing solutions across various ServiceNow modules, including HRSD, ITSM, CSM, and CMDB. Must have experience in Performance Analytics, certification is plus. ServiceNow System Admin certification, ServiceNow Application Developer, and/or Architect certifications are a plus. Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices. Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Creative thinking in implementing service improvements, such as automation and incident reduction. Adaptability to rapidly changing business drivers and willingness to learn new technologies.
