Work with Enterprise Platform teams in conceptualizing and implementing middleware integrations, Coordinate detailed product instruction and support to end users. Assess and respond to each customers technology needs and priorities. Carefully scope and manage projects, maintaining active client communications at all points. Include tools and services in various monitoring systems, such as Dynatrace, Elastic. Use several proof-of-concepts in creating effective technical and architectural decisions. Define program increment (PI) scope and roadmaps with product managers and owners. Provide direct technical assistance and coaching on coding as well as high-level and accurate technical design.
