Production Support Specialist Location: VA, United States Onsite Flexibility: 100% Remote Resource Location: Remote Nationwide (EST Working Hours) ADDITIONAL TEAM INFORMATION: Team Size of 5 Reporting Directly to Garry Mendelsohn 1 Interview (Panel) Team Environment; 24/7/365 Client is looking for a Product Support/Operation Specialist in a 24/7/365 environment with a 4 week on-call rotation. This resource will provide support to their AWS Cloud Applications & Salesforce Cloud. Additional support responsibilities include; Customer Service Support Tools (ServiceNow, Corporate Website, & Content Management).
