Coordinate with OTC users to understand functional requirements to identify and develop solutions. Provide input on and oversight of internal processes with respect to SAP master data, hierarchies and reporting. Lead the daily support (incidents and service requests), maintenance and continuous improvement of SAP environment Develop SAP best practices to facilitate change management and end user adoption of new technologies and processes in the OTC space. Oversee other OTC applications as they are introduced Collaborate with user, business units, and other IT teams to deliver SAP best practices Support EDI transactions and relationships with our EDI Integration Partner, Logistics Providers, and Customers Soft Skills Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong executive presence and ability to interact with C- level executives Mentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements Must be willing to travel expenses will be covered.
