Job Description: TOP THINGS: GIS Familiarity: ESRI/ArcGIS Understanding circuit type of information: this is more on telecommunications side of the house. The role will be the "glue" as far as the fiber data, will be updating the system, coordinating work for GIS coordinator, Responsibilities: Provide ongoing operation and maintenance support for existing functionality in the CO and BPS Modules of SAP. This includes month end close support, end user support, training material development and delivery and troubleshooting errors. Design, configure, test, train end users and deploy new products. Maintain existing Business Warehouse (BW) reports and develop new reports. Overall data governance and assurance; Database Management Reporting Data Health IT Project Planning Support Ad hoc reports & analytics Management of GIS Viewers and web-based maps WavePoint (Telecom only, strand-level information) ArcGIS Online Dashboards Mobile data collection tools ArcGIS Earth Manage layers for ITCC & ITEC Manage layers for Planning and Project Delivery Update TNP Minimum Qualifications 2 years minimum knowledge and experience in SAP Cost Accounting 2 years minimum knowledge and experience in SAP BW B.S Accounting, Business, Finance or Engineering Strong analytical skills Strong communication skills Excel Desired Qualifications Utility Industry knowledge Business Planning Experience MS Access Visio Budgeting & Forecasting Processes.
