Role : SDET Engineer

Client Location : Phoenix, AZ

Job Type : Remote Contract (Need West Cost only)

Primary:

Primary Skill: SDET position who can write automation scripts using Java. Heavy focus on automation needed which the customer looking at achieving 80% automation. Spark  Current automation framework is in Cucumber and being evaluated to see if different framework is needed.
Secondary Skill: Spark, Big data platform- Hadoop/cloudera, Current automation framework

Technical Skills

8 years experience developing software or test automation frameworks using one of the programming language  Java, Ruby, Node.js or Objective C. Java is preferred.
Prior experience with established Software development tools( GIT, Eclipse/Android Studio/X-Code)
Cucumber/Selenium/ Rest-Assured API (must), Spock and/or Jira/ Appium, Web driver
Good understanding of Kafka, Spark, SQL Scripting and event streaming
Unix Scripting
Experience in building and executing automated and performance tests for REST and XML/SOAP/JSON based services.
Excellent knowledge and experience with web technologies  HTTP, HTML, XML, JSON, SQL, Java Script, Node.js
Experience automating big-data pipelines and platforms
Experience in generating large volume of synthetic data
