Role: Sr. Project Manager Location: Texas Remote (If local to Austin 2 day/week onsite) Only Locals DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES As a Senior Project Manager specializing in transportation and toll modernization, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex projects aimed at enhancing transportation networks and toll systems. You will leverage your extensive experience to lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure project objectives are met within budget and on schedule. Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead and direct cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build consensus, facilitate communication, and ensure project success. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery. Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budget, allocate resources effectively, and manage project financials. Quality Control: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with industry best practices. Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and proactively address deviations. Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders. Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and objectives while minimizing project disruptions. Team Development: Mentor, coach, and guide project team members, fostering their professional growth and development. Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
