Please send me your genuine candidate on my email ID [email protected] Position : Change Manager Location : Golden, CO Onsite Duration : Long Term Must-have skills: 5+ y of exp of Change Management ; 2+ y of exp supporting the change related to new software applications and data product implementations; PROSCI Certification, such as CCMP (Certified Change Management Practitioner), Project Management accreditation ; Edu exp Job Description : Availability to work 100% at the Clients site in Golden, CO (required); Experience as a Change Manager or in Project Management (5+ years, required); Experience supporting the change related to new software applications and data product implementations (2+ years, required); Similar experience (10+ years, preferred); PROSCI Certification, such as CCMP (Certified Change Management Practitioner), Project Management accreditation, or similar professional credential (preferred); Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in Education, Business Management, Project Management, Human Resources or a similar field. Responsibilities : include but are not limited to the following: Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities; Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes delivered by projects within the Data Culture Portfolio; Support communication efforts by coordinating the design, development, delivery and management of key communications; Assess the impact of upcoming change, by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identify key stakeholders; Support training efforts, by supporting the design and delivery of training programs; Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics particularly for risks relating to user adoption and usage of project solutions; Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance; Consult and coach project teammates; Evaluate and ensure user readiness; Act as liaison between technical and non-technical personnel; Evaluate the effectiveness of the change and implement mitigation strategies where and when needed; Other duties as assigned; While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear; The employee is frequently required to stand; The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
