Title: Kafka Architect Remote 6-12 Months JD: We are looking for an expert level architect on Kafka preferably with prior experience on migration projects. Appreciate your help in fulfilling this req. Background : Currently, we are using native Apache Kafka as our data streaming platform in our integration landscape, and, we have kicked off a major integration transformation initiative to migrate this native Kafka solution to Confluent Kafka enterprise edition. Below is a high-level job description for this position: Strong experience in different integration technologies, data streaming and messaging technologies primarily Kafka Solid understanding of Kafka architecture and various components in kafka ecosystem such as Zookeeper, Kafka cluster, Kafka broker, producer, consumer, Connectors, KSQL, Topic, kPow etc Excellent knowledge on deployment architecture, including deploying Kafka components as microservices on Azure Kubernetes service (AKS) Solid hands on standing up an entire Kafka ecosystem from the scratch Well proficient in migration set up, including establishing cluster links, migrating consumer groups, creating mirrors and replicating topics etc. Solid knowledge on various platform APIs exposed by Kafka to handle the integration, data streaming and management Regards, Abhishek Garg |[email protected] Keywords: golang |
