Expert 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Qualification Number Requested Qualifications: 1. 84 months experience designing, deploying, and/or managing a three-tier, high-availability system running on open systems using virtual servers 2. 84 months experience of overseeing and directly designing, implementing, and managing internal and external application or electronic data interfaces. 3. 48 months experience managing web application servers, such as WebSphere. 4. 72 months experience with Systems Analysis and documenting/updating system information 5. 48 months experience with monitoring tools such as Tivoli and CA Wily Introscope 6. 48 months experience with network configuration, troubleshooting, and monitoring. 7. 36 months experience with planning and implementing platform upgrades. 8. 60 months experience in Oracle 10g or higher development. 9. 24 months experience maintaining an application built using Cram Social Program Management 10.
