Please give me a call back at Phone (O): 609-333-9000 Ext: 79 or you can E-Mail me at [email protected] Position: WorkForce Software(WFS) Time Consultant Location: Houston, TX (Remote + Travel required as in when needed) Duration: Contract Job Description: Resource with experience of implementation of Workforce time management (clock-in/out, time sheet, Absence and Evaluation) is must to have - MUST HAVE For now with experience for California labor laws and unions - Preferred Since at this point we dont SuccessFactors we need to integrate it with Oracle cloud HCM and SAP ECC. The Senior Functional Consultant works to deliver our WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite (Time, Clock in /Clock Out, Integrations, etc.) in a way that solves the unique business challenges for each customer. Responsibilities: Responsible for gathering and identifying customer business requirements from users, customers, and other stakeholders on a global scale. This includes creating, maintaining business requirement documents, use cases Identify custom configuration requirements and accurately provide their details Lead client workshops either onsite or remotely demonstrating understanding in best practices during the implementation of Workforce Management Software Gather customer-specific needs and communicate information to WorkForce Software (WFS) project teams Escalate out of scope requirements and delays to the Project Manager Experience implementing industry best practices to meet client requirements Provide status updates to Project Manager, customers, and stakeholders on project status Maintain requirements and keep record of important project artifacts in designated project repository Evaluate potential Workforce Suite Product project implementation quality issues reported during customer testing phases, including tracking, and reporting trending defects Mentor and develop other consultants to improve the quality of engagements and strengthen the Global Services consulting practice Attend training courses and undertake self-learning as required to further develop the skills and knowledge necessary for continued success Maintain WFS Product Suite certifications - Good to have Thanks & Regards, Raj Kumar Softcom Systems, Inc.
