Job Title : Alfresco Administrator Work Location & Reporting Address: Initial Remote (Post 2 months must be available at Onsite either in Johnston, RI or Charlotte, NC) Contract duration :Long Term Minimum years of experience: 7+ years Skills : Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Math, and/or Science and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in ingesting a large amount of data into Alfresco from a multitude of sources. Experience in Alfresco Content, Search and Process Service upgrades (major versions). Design and develop solutions leveraging Alfresco - object model, Alfresco natives APIs, CMIS, security model, taxonomy, search, user interface, and workflow. Administering the production Alfresco and deployment and maintenance leveraging script automation. J2EEJava, Spring, JSP/Servlets, .XML, XSLT, XPath, Hibernate, web/application servers (Tomcat). Experience in Entity extraction using PDFBox, IText or other libraries. Solid understanding of application/system architecture and object-oriented design concepts. Demonstrated experience in working on an Agile Scrum team. Responsibilities : Install, configure, maintain and manage Enterprise Alfresco environments with terabytes of data (up to 50 TB) with Solr search for indexing to deliver performance optimized content. Involvement in design, testing, deployment of Alfresco and it's components and services. Install Alfresco on Linux and Windows environment for production environments. Install SOLR with optimized configuration to handle multi terabytes of data. Optimize indexing, sharing configurations, site based indexing, to maintain search integrity of SOLR.
