Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program. Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system. This Systems Analyst contractor positions are part of the HHSC IT Infrastructure/System Services team and will be working to develop, implement, and support the expansion of the Texas HHS Microsoft 365 Power Platform. This position will perform Systems Analyst/Developer duties that will involve the following Power Platform areas: Process Advisor, Dataverse, Power Pages, Mobile Power Apps, Integration of Power Apps into Microsoft Teams, Chatbots, Model-driven Apps, Power Apps Portals, AI Builder, Desktop Flows, Business Process Flows, and more. Required Skills: Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate technical solutions Microsoft Power Platform development experience Desired Skills: Experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization Good teamwork skills, and ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams Experience in Agile development and sprint planning Experience building chatbots and using AI Builder within Power Apps and Power Automate Experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, business process Flows, and Process Advisor Good understanding of Dataverse tables and uses Good understanding of the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center Experience with Power Platform mobile apps, Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages, and Power Apps portals Keywords: artificial intelligence information technology green card |
