Note: Looking only local to Mason, OH Role: Technical Business Analyst Duration: Long term Contract Location: Mason, OH (Hybrid) Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business or related discipline and/or commensurate experience 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst Experience communicating by phone and face-to-face with customers collecting requirements and implementation details and implementing solutions. Experience writing business requirements, functional specifications, wireframes, visual designs, mockups, and testing. Clear and practical understanding and experience integrating technical services which support applications and users in the organization. Excellent communication (written, verbal and listening) skills using MS Applications Experience with software testing life cycle activities, fundamentals of test architecture, test design principles for black-box, grey-box and white-box testing Strong organizational/leadership skills with ability to coordinate in a diverse, dynamic environment. Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem -solving abilities. Experience with databases, ability to create, execute, and understand SQL queries. Preferred Qualifications Experience with databases, ability to create, execute, and understand SQL queries to assist in data research. Experience with ETL tools. Experience utilizing requirements definition methodology, best practices and standards in healthcare/insurance industry that meet business needs.
