Role: Lead Agile Test Engineer Location: Detroit, MI-Initial Remote Duration: Long Term Experience Level: 9+ years Requirements: Azure Test Plan Agile Testing Test Management Testing Methodology Responsibilities: Test Lead role to lead test cycles for the Lead People/HR area and maintain the regression libraries in Azure DevOps. Depending on the test schedules, the Test Lead may be asked to lead test efforts in the Employee Experience Services Team in IT. 'Lead Test Cycles: Train testers on testing components and requirements (scripts, plans, defects, etc.) Prepare Test Plans with test scripts Develop Test Schedule with committed resources Schedule Test Meetings Lead Test Status Meetings that allows sharing of test results, identification of test barriers, and management of defects Track Defect Status Follow-up with Testers to complete test cycle Build and Deliver Status Reports including Defects |
