| Job role - Senior Engineer-QA Location - Melbourne, FL/ Remote for few months possible Exp: 8+ years Job Overview: Execute project testing tasks & generate deliverables on time & quality to ensure customer satisfaction using appropriate processes, tools & standards with the guidance of managers & experts and also guide junior team members in their activities Key Responsibilities: Good knowledge on test design techniques (based on ISO/IEC 29119) & non-functional testing aspects and prepare test plan & test cases applying those factors Manual testing including environmental setup & bug reporting Test script/ test handlers/ test programs generation Review of test cases/ test scripts/ test handlers/ test programs articipates in automation framework design discussions & develop automation framework Adhere to QMS, Customer specific standards, specifications and processes during project task delivery KRAs: - On time delivery of tasks - Quality of deliverables (test cases, test scripts/ test handlers/ test programs, quality of testing) - Competency improvement (learning standards, tools etc) - Cross skill/Multiskilling -Overall compliance - No follow up culture Free float (Participation in Team Building activities) Free float (Contribution to KM Portal) Technical Competencies: Software testing fundamentals - L2 Testing & Quality of software - L2 Design & Code construction - L2 Automation - L1 Embedded V&V - L1 (for embedded testers only) Process quality & continuous improvement - L1 -- Keywords: quality analyst information technology Florida |
