Participate in daily standups, monitor progress on tasks being worked on by team members. Record and manage Action Items, as needed. Manage internal roadblocks through process or workflow improvements. At the start of a sprint, responsible for kick-off and iteration planning. In coordination with Tech Lead and SMEs, assign work items to team. Complete scope/planning documentation. During a sprint, responsible for updating and maintaining project management/scrum tool, Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO). For example, Ensure internal processes are being followed Information recorded in tool is accurate Status updates from teams are recorded/updated Schedule and facilitate meetings with client, internal teams, external teams, and/or vendors. Meet with team members and stakeholders to eliminate blockers. Coordinate with assigned Project Manager on project schedule, external dependencies, issues, risks, and risk mitigation Develop risk mitigation strategies, as needed. Monitor progress on work assignments for sprint and overall project. Facilitate getting work assignments to closure. Create artifacts, such as: Dashboards for status reporting Velocity charts Burndown plans At the end of a sprint, conduct Retrospective (note areas of improvement, etc.). Apply lessons learned, where appropriate. Provide guidance and maintain alignment with IT policies and standards. Ensure environments and teams are adequately scoped, planned and established. Understand technical boundaries between internal and external components.
