The primary focus of this role is the analysis, implementation, and/or oversight of assigned SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate initiatives and user experience. The major responsibilities include the following: Assist business users with the design, management and administration of collaboration and collections sites. Work with business users to resolve and/or escalate reported issues. Work with business users to identify needs for minor enhancements, collaboration features, forms, and/or site features. Represent business needs as a member of an IT agile team. Develop, execute and track test cases and testing results. Provide training to appropriate users on creating, adding and updating content/data. Assist in the development, definition, and management of the security, auditing and related maintenance processes for SharePoint Online. Assist business users with content and app creation and implement best practices for the tools used. SKILLS SharePoint Online out of the box features and web parts SharePoint site administration, governance, search and security Design and develope Canvas Apps, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI MS Teams out of the box features Ability to provide Support and develop/deliver Training Excellent writing and communication skills Office 365 and apps |
