Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal direction from State or other team members. Ability to work under pressure / to a deadline. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for a degree. 5 - 7 Years of systems development, testing and/or business experience with 5 of the years specifically in testing 3 5 Years of experience as a test manager 2 3 years of experience with multi-vendor projects 2 3 years of experience on Medicaid or Major Health Care Payer Projects Candidates that do not meet the required qualifications will not be considered.
