Develops technical solutions to complex problems. Leads and pursues courses of action necessary to obtain desired results. EDUCATION AND LENGTH OF EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in Computer Science with a strong academic record The minimum amount of total work-related experience required is twelve (12) years, for the position. This means experience in a related area or time spent performing similar work that provides the background for the current position.
