Job Title: TriZetto Facets ITS SME with BlueCard Location: Remote Duration: 6+Months Visa Type: USC/GC/GCEAD/H4EAD Job Description:- The Facets ITS SME will support the health plan during their upgrade from TriZetto Facets version 5.9 to 6.0. Along with this ongoing upgrade ITS (Home) will need to be upgraded and configured to support the new version of TriZetto Facets (6.0). The SME will provide guidance and direction on strategy regarding the upgrade, implementation, and configuration of ITS for the new Facets version. What Youll Get to Do: Serve as a Team Lead and Subject Matter Expert for core applications and sub-modules. Provide the plan with advisory knowledge of configuration structure and leadership in implementing or optimizing configuration solutions. Be responsible for providing the customer with Facets ITS LOB expertise. Oversee upgrade and ensure configuration supports the system requirements. Conduct requirements discovery sessions and lead design sessions to determine how best to design and configure applications within Facets to meet the defined requirements. Serve as liaison between business and technical groups. Transfer Facets/ITS application knowledge to customer staff. Develop configuration documents Examine release notes and identify changes and determine impact to the ITS/BlueCard system. Youll Bring these Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience implementing Facets and ITS (Home/Host). Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. Excellent communications skills. Clear understanding of the BCBSA ITS mandates. Good knowledge of Facets data structures and Facets ITS claims adjudication processing. Keywords: green card |
