Please find the below JD and share your interest, Job Title: HRIS Specialist, Developer Location: New York Duration: 12+ Months Key Responsibilities: Maintain and support core HCM, Compensation, Time Tracking systems Design andDevelopapplicationsusing Microsoft technologies Evaluate new software versions, enhancements and plans for upgrades, assist in review and management of bi-annual releases Develop test strategies as well as execute testing and training Maintain and support existing HR applications, processes, and integrations Provide day-to-day support to business users Collect and Document the requirements from the business users Establish continuous communication with the business line Controllers Lead large scale, complex process improvement initiatives Maintainproject plans andsubmitstatus reports Performing and directing quality assurance testing of systems and solutions. Implement process improvements Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or another four-year degree with significant IS experience OR equivalent experience. 7+ years of HCM systems support experience. Preferred Workday experience 7+years of development experience using.NET and MS SQL servertechnologies Must have experience with C#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, Java Script, XMLand Excel Must have experience with SSRSand SSIS Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Ability to translate business needs and priorities into processes and systems requirements Must be highly organized and process oriented.
