Job Description: The Federal Reporting Consultant will play a critical role in helping businesses and organizations leverage technology to solve client problems and achieve their goals. You will be part of a team responsible for delivering quality solutions and support - planning, advising, and consulting on our Federal Reporting solutions. Duties and Responsibilities: Analyzes business processes and performs needs assessments in an effort to align information technology solutions with business and reporting initiatives. Interprets business needs and translates them into system requirements and business specifications. Interprets systems specifications to develop, maintain and support reporting solutions. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Configures system settings and options, plans and executes acceptance testing, and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Performs all operational requirements for the reporting solutions. Work with functional and technical product managers to establish baseline project plans and estimates to be leveraged as templates for future deals. Communicate effectively (oral and written) in all aspects of the role. Requirements: Experience with healthcare and Medicaid business or technical services with government clients across all phases of the program lifecycle. Fully understand and be able to articulate the benefits of our solutions to key stakeholders at all levels. Strong oral and written communication skills Proficient using SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field from an accredited institution. Equivalent work experience, certifications and technical credentials will be considered.
