| Hi Hope you are doing well Role/Title: - ITIL Process Manager Hybrid, Colonial Heights , Virginia Agency Interview Type: Either Phone or In Person Please share the resumes with below details Current Location VIsa Status **Local Richmond, VA candidates required due to onsite requirement **This position requires onsite several days a week, NO exceptions **Contractor will be responsible for purchasing parking through VDOTs Parking Management Office or procuring their own parking General Description Seeking an individual with significant expertise implementing ITIL methodology to support the delivery of IT services in an Enterprise environment. This person should be ITIL v4 certified and have real world experience assessing and implementing Service Catalog, Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release management at a minimum. ITSM would utilize this resource to evaluate existing processes, identify gaps in workflow and process and provide relevant recommendations for improvement.
