Kindly go through the below job description and share me your consultants updated profile: JOB TITLE: Senior Technical Lead Duration: 12 month Location: Onsite(Rancho Cordova California) Visa: USC/GC MOI: Webcam Must have: Min 8+ years of Exp, Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.2,CANDIDATE MUST HAVE TO FILL SKILL MATRIX, GIVE 3 REFERENCES AND DEGREE COPIES TO PV AFTER ACREENING REQUIRED SKILLS: 1) Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a lead capacity aligning IT system with organizational business processes and providing coordination, oversight and leadership for the analyses, planning, design, implementation, documentation, assessment, and management of IT architecture, infrastructure design framework and organizational change management tasks. 2) Minimum of five (5) years of experience as technical subject matter expert in Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.2 across General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Costing, Cash Management, Asset Management, Grants Management, eProcurement, and Purchasing modules. 3) Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.2 implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and customizations in Public Sector(state/local government). 4) Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Oracle PeopleSoft data conversion, interfaces, process reengineering, developing test scripts, and technical documentation. 5) Minimum of five (5) years of experience with providing technical support for Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.2 experience in sniffer packet capture and protocol analysis. 6) Minimum of five (5) years of experience with developing technical requirements. 7) Minimum of five (5) years of experience in technical assessments and risk management. 8) Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Oracle PeopleSoft customizations, enhancements, and queries. Desirable Qualifications : 1) Minimum of five (5) years of experience and knowledge of State procurement processes. 2) Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with State administrative and financial business services. 3) Minimum of five (5) years of experience and knowledge of State financial and budget processes. 4) Minimum of five (5) years of experience and knowledge of the budget portion of the FI$Cal system.
