In addition to Core HCM, a sound understanding of one or more of the following modules: Payroll, Talent, Leaves, Benefits, Compensation, Performance, Time tracking and Absence 3 + Years functional experience in Workday is a must. Strong background in designing, developing reports is required. Proficiency in Workday HCM, Recruitment, Talent, Compensation report writing (advanced Workday Report Writer, Dashboards, Calculated Fields) Experience with Jira issue tracking software is a plus.
