Here is the Position : Role : Functional Lead Location : Remote Job Description : Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their financial and performance management needs. Document and analyze business requirements to determine the functionalities required within EPM applications. Configure and customize Oracle EPM Cloud applications (Enterprise Planning, Enterprise Profitability and Cost Allocations, Enterprise Data Management and Financial Consolidation & Close) to meet specific business requirements. Design and maintain hierarchies, data models, business rules, and workflows within the EPM system. Manage data integration processes to ensure accurate data flow into EPM applications. Develop and maintain data models and mappings to facilitate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Support the creation of financial models, budgets, and forecasts within EPM systems. Assist in variance analysis and financial performance reporting Maintain detailed documentation of EPM configurations, data mappings, and processes for reference and audit purposes Provide training to end-users on EPM applications, report generation, and best practices. Offer ongoing support to users, addressing questions and issues related to EPM functionality. Implement and maintain access controls, security policies, and audit trails within EPM applications to ensure data security and compliance with regulatory requirements. Create, maintain, and enhance financial and performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs within EPM applications. Collaborate to build integrations between different EPM applications and on -prem ERP, source data applications Minimum 15 Years of experience in architecting & implementing Oracle EPM solutions. At least 3 end to end Oracle EPM implementations, with at-least 2 projects as an onsite solution architect for Oracle EPM Cloud projects covering Enterprise Planning, Enterprise Profitability and Cost Allocations, Enterprise Data Management and Financial Consolidation & Close Experience in designing scalable solutions. Provide technical expertise on overall architecture and strategy to deliver critical project milestones. Raising risks, issues and escalations timely and through appropriate channels Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field Knowledge of financial concepts, accounting principles, and performance management. Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, IFRS).
