Some Knowledge/experience with Visual Basic, C#, C++ Some Knowledge/understanding of electronic circuits and semiconductor device operations. Strong problem solving, data analysis and technical trouble shooting skills. Ability to communicate well, possess strong work ethics, positive attitude, and self-responsibility. Performs wafer level reliability testing (HCI, BTI, TDDB.) to support technology reliability assessments and qualifications.
