| Business Solution/Systems Analyst(Ex State client) Remote Visa Status: USC, GC, EADs Duration: 12 months to start Interview Process: Screen with PV and skype with PV, one interview with hiring manager Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Solution Analyst/Business Systems Analyst to join our Business Solution Architecture team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to translate business requirements into practical IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to define business solutions that meet client needs. Facilitate work sessions to understand, document, and prioritize client's business processes. Identify stakeholders, analyze impacts, benefits, risks, and issues associated with proposed changes. Assist in estimating the scope of requests in terms of effort. Create functional designs and liaise between users and development teams. Ensure proposed IT solutions align with business needs and quality assurance criteria. Conduct in-depth analysis of current processes/solutions. Provide end-to-end design, both conceptual and detailed. Contribute to roadmap development and management. Deliver solutions across a range of technologies and platforms. Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, Project Managers, and Technical Services. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in analytical, financial, or technical field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis. Strong understanding of Information Technology and Information Systems. Experience in solution analysis/business architecture on large and complex projects. Knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. Familiarity with data modeling, schemas, systems integrations, and system migrations. Proven ability to lead workshops and create agendas with clear outcomes. Desired Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Commitment to providing high-level client service. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across different business areas. Familiarity with a range of technologies and platforms.
